Non-Custom Items
Eligible non-custom items may be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery if they are unused, in original condition, and approved by our support team.
Custom Orders
Custom-made or personalized items are generally non-refundable and non-returnable unless there is a verified quality issue.
Natural Material Notice
Because jade is a natural material, variation in color, internal texture, translucency, inclusions, and natural patterns is expected and does not qualify as a defect.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of:
- the item
- the packaging
- the shipping label
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method. Processing time depends on the payment provider and card issuer.
Return Approval
Any return or exchange request must be reviewed and approved by our support team before items are sent back.
